On this page

This guide takes you from a new account to a running campaign. Your Dashboard shows the same four steps until your first campaign starts sending.

Before you start

  • A Signalsant account. See Sign-in and account settings.
  • The Moderator role or higher in your team. You're the owner of your own team.
  • A mailbox you can send from: Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com, or any SMTP mailbox.

1. Find companies

Search what's already in Signalsant on Companies, for example "dental clinics in Austin with an email". If a market is missing, click Deep search at the top of the page (or Start a deep search on your Dashboard) to find businesses on Google Maps.

2. Build an audience

Put the companies you want to reach into a group. You can:

  • tick them in search results and click Add to group;
  • use Create group on a finished Deep Search.

You can also use a ready-made group from the Default library.

3. Connect a mailbox

Open Integrations → Add integration and connect Gmail, Outlook or SMTP. Then send yourself a test from the Test tab.

4. Write the email and launch

  1. Open Campaigns → New campaign and name it.
  2. Audience: tick your group.
  3. Content: pick a template, or let AI write each email from a short brief.
  4. Sending: choose the mailbox, Companies a day (start with 25–50) and your sending hours.
  5. Review & launch: click Send me a test, check it, then Launch campaign.

Then

  • Watch the Schedule tab and the Outbox.
  • Read replies in your own mailbox. Signalsant doesn't track replies.
  • Raise the daily pace slowly over a few weeks. See Improve deliverability.
