Last updated Outbox & tracking

On this page

Signalsant tells you when something happens that needs your attention: a Deep Search finished, an invitation arrived, a campaign ran into trouble.

Where to see them

  • The bell at the top of every page shows recent notifications. Click Mark all read to clear the dot, or View all notifications to open the full list.
  • Notifications has All and Unread tabs.

Choose what you get

  1. Open Settings → Notifications, or click the gear icon in the bell.
  2. Each event has an In-app switch and an Email switch. Turn on the ones you want.

Events are grouped into Deep Search, Teams, Campaigns and Your business.

Campaign notifications

Campaign notifications go to the team's owners, admins and moderators.

Event When
Campaign daily overview Each morning in your timezone: the previous day's sends and failures, and what's planned today, per campaign. Not sent on days with no campaign activity.
Campaign started or stopped Someone else started or paused a campaign's email channel.
Audience finished Every company in a campaign's audience has been contacted.
Sending failures 5 or more messages from one campaign failed within 24 hours. At most once per campaign per day.
Recipients held back Most of a day's addresses couldn't be checked yet. Signalsant tries those companies again automatically.

Other notifications

  • Deep Search: a search finished ("Deep Search complete") or failed.
  • Teams: you were invited to a team, someone answered your invitation, members joined or left, or your role changed.
  • Your business: your claim was verified, declined or removed, there's an ownership dispute, or your profile edits were reviewed.

Good to know

Signalsant doesn't notify you when a mailbox loses access or a campaign is auto-paused. Look for Auto-paused in Campaigns. See Auto-paused campaigns.
