Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Signalsant ("Signalsant", "we", "us", or "our"), a product of ChilliDevs, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our outbound sales automation platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your full name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and optional profile avatar.
- Team information — workspace and team membership, roles, and invitations you send or receive.
- Prospect data — company and contact details you import, or that our Deep Search feature discovers as publicly available business information from publicly accessible sources and organizes for you, based on the search criteria you provide.
- Campaign data — message templates, campaign configuration, message queue status, and delivery/reply metadata for campaigns you create.
- Integration data — authentication tokens and configuration for email senders you connect (for example, Gmail OAuth or SMTP credentials), used solely to send messages on your behalf.
- Usage data — log and analytics data such as pages visited, actions taken, and dashboard activity, used to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running Deep Search, drafting campaign content, and sending campaigns through your connected integrations.
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure, including via one-time passcodes and multi-factor verification.
- Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and updates to the Service.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Google User Data
When you connect your Google account, Signalsant requests only the permissions required to enable the features you choose.
- If you connect Gmail, we use the Gmail API solely to send emails that you have created, reviewed, or approved through the Service.
- Signalsant does not read, store, analyze, or share the contents of your Gmail inbox unless explicitly required by a feature you have chosen and authorized.
- Google user data is not used to train machine learning models and is not used for advertising.
- We do not sell or rent Google user data to any third party.
- Signalsant's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
Signalsant uses artificial intelligence models to research prospects and draft campaign content. As part of this, prospect and campaign information may be processed by AI model providers acting on our behalf, solely to generate the outputs you request (such as message drafts or research summaries). We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their own models.
AI providers process data solely to provide the requested functionality and do not use Google Workspace data for model training.
Where you connect a third-party sender (such as Gmail), sending messages through that integration is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, AI processing), under confidentiality obligations.
- Other members of your team or workspace, as intended by the collaboration features of the Service.
- Authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Signalsant, our users, or others.
7. Data Retention
We retain account, campaign, and prospect data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize it unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including password hashing, encrypted transport, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email address below.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, contact us at [email protected].
