Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signalsant (the "Service"), a product of ChilliDevs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Signalsant is an outbound sales automation platform that helps teams discover companies and contacts (Deep Search), draft AI-personalized outreach, run multi-channel campaigns, and manage team workspaces and integrations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

When using Signalsant, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or otherwise violate applicable anti-spam, data protection, or communications laws.
• Source, upload, or process contact data that you are not legally permitted to use for outreach.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any other harmful or fraudulent activity.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable email marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR/PECR where applicable) when sending campaigns through the Service, including any required sender identification and opt-out mechanisms.

Users must obtain any necessary consent required by applicable law before sending communications, including communications sent through connected integrations such as Gmail.

You retain ownership of the company, contact, and campaign data you upload or generate through the Service ('Customer Data'). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including AI-assisted research and drafting.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and legal basis to collect, upload, and use any Customer Data, including contact information sourced through Deep Search.

The Service allows you to connect third-party senders (such as Gmail or your own SMTP server) to deliver campaigns. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms of service, and Signalsant is not responsible for their availability or performance.

Signalsant is currently provided free of charge during our early access period. We do not charge fees for any feature unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will communicate pricing clearly in advance and will not change fees for your existing plan without prior notice.

Signalsant and its underlying technology, branding, and design are owned by ChilliDevs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, or that any campaign will achieve a particular outcome (such as a specific delivery, open, or reply rate).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalsant and ChilliDevs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ChilliDevs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
