How enrichment works
How Signalsant fills in a company's emails, phones, social profiles, logo, domain details and Company Index automatically, and the email status badges.

Enrichment fills in a company's details automatically. You don't need to start it; there's no Enrich button.
What gets collected
| Source | What it adds |

| Signalsant's analysis | The Company Index score, and an AI-written profile and headline |
The website is visited after the company is found, so emails and social profiles can appear some time after a Deep Search finishes. A company without a website gets only what its Maps listing shows.
Email status badges
Each email address on a company is checked before any campaign email goes to it. On the company's Contact information card, every email has a badge:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Verified | Confirmed to accept mail. |
| Deliverable | Expected to accept mail. |
| Catch-all | The domain accepts every address, so this one can't be confirmed. |
| Undeliverable | Mail to it would bounce. Hover for the reason, such as "The domain doesn't receive mail". |
| Unverified | Not checked yet. It's checked before any campaign email goes to it. |
Group pages show the totals, for example "120 with a sendable email · 8 undeliverable · 15 unverified".
Refresh a company yourself
On a company's page you can ask for fresh data:
- ⋯ → Refresh company info updates the Maps details and visits the website again. If nothing has changed you'll see "Already up to date". Refreshes are limited; if you see "Too many refreshes. Please try again later.", wait and try again.
- WHOIS tab → Refetch WHOIS looks up the domain again. When it's unavailable, hover over it to see when you can use it again.
- Company Index card → Compute or Recompute works out the score again.
- About card → Generate AI profile or Regenerate writes a new profile. A profile can't be regenerated again straight away; the button shows "Generated in the last 24 hours" until it can.
Troubleshooting
- No email on a company: see A company has no email.
- The details look out of date: use Refresh company info.
