Is Signalsant free?
Yes. Signalsant is free during early access, for every feature and your whole team, with no credit card. Paid plans aren't available yet.
Which channels can campaigns send on?
Email only, through Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com, or any SMTP mailbox. WhatsApp, SMS and push aren't available yet. See Integrations overview.
Does Signalsant track opens, clicks or replies?
No. Signalsant tracks delivery: whether each email was sent or failed. Read replies in your own mailbox. See The dashboard and campaign metrics.
Can I export companies or groups?
Not at the moment. There's no CSV export or import.
Can I add companies by hand?
No. New companies come from Deep Search, including the searches that Find contacts starts from official registers. See Run a Deep Search.
Where does company data come from?
From public sources:
- Google Maps listings;
- the company's own website;
- domain registration records (WHOIS/RDAP);
- official company registers;
- review sites.
See How enrichment works.
How many emails can I send a day?
You set it per campaign with Companies a day, from 1 to 5,000. We recommend starting at 25–50 per mailbox. See Sending pace and schedule.
Will two campaigns email the same company?
They can. Each campaign contacts a company at most once per round, but campaigns don't check each other. See Resends and rounds.
Can Signalsant read my inbox?
No. Gmail and Outlook connections only ask for permission to send email and to read your basic profile. See Connect a Gmail mailbox.
Why did my campaign pause on its own?
The mailbox lost access, for example after a password change. See Auto-paused campaigns.
I forgot my password
Use Email me a sign-in code on the sign-in page. See Sign-in and account settings.
