I had an extremely disappointing experience with this call center, Route 2 Shine. An employee named Digvansh Singh has called me multiple times during my sleeping hours, using different numbers to contact me. This constant harassment has been incredibly frustrating, and it seems like a deliberate effort to irritate me. I’ve also been receiving multiple spam OTPs on my number, which raises serious concerns about their practices.
